The adventurously-named Adventurezator: When Pigs Fly is billed as an “emergent adventure game about creating emergent adventure games”. And if you have no idea what that could possibly mean, I’ll say this: it’s a point n’ click game maker!
But at the same time it’s also sort of a game in itself. Create characters, choreograph cutscenes, build shops and load up objects and places with trigger events and interactions. It’s like the middle man between an adventure game and a full-on game creation studio like Unity. And though software like this is great for those who have no coding skills, even experienced programmers can have fun using the smooth and beautiful UI to piece together their own cartoony production.
If you’re a creative gamer and really into sandbox stuff, like meta level sandbox stuff, Adventurezator: When Pigs Fly just exited early access and can be nabbed for 25% off the list price on Steam until Sept 24th.
